What is An Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeship is an employer-driven, "earn while you learn" model that combines on-the-job training provided by the employer with related instruction at Washtenaw Community College. Apprenticeship is a flexible training strategy that can be customized to meet the needs of any business. Apprentices can be new hires or current employees who need skill upgrades.
