CASHIER $13-$15
Typically scheduled with another Greeter, this is a supporting position. Cashiers are expected to make change and close checks. Cashiers also take telephone calls, room service orders, carry out orders, make reservations, seat tables and complete opening, ongoing and closing side work.
GREETER $13-$15
In addition to all the responsibilities above, a Greeter is expected to create floor plans, enter servers into our reservation system, track special requests, seat in rotation and be able to start a wait. Greeters are expected to meet our standards for professionalism and hospitality in all of their guest interactions.
CONTROLLER $13-$15
In addition to the responsibilities above, controllers are able to control the door on a busy Friday or Saturday night and Sunday morning. This is a stressful position that requires a high level of mental acuity. Controllers will lead a team of up to three other Greeters/Cashiers and be expected to communicate clearly with management. This position is promoted from a Greeter or Cashier position.
